Erik has 20 years of experience in strategic sourcing and cost optimization roles, with a common thread of driving organizational, financial, and operational improvements for companies and projects in the insurance and health benefits space.

Erik has unique global, cross-functional experience and a natural ability to build trustworthy relationships with individuals and organizations on any level. He speaks German (having worked in Germany for two years), American Sign Language (raised by deaf parents), and currently lives in Chicago with his wife and two daughters.
