  • Retained almost all incumbent suppliers, negating new vendor testing procedures and qualifications
  • Ensured negotiation and implementation of all new supplier agreements
  • Identified several historic pricing errors totaling more than $500K when analyzing data
  • Designed new, more efficient buying organization residing under the SVP of Supply Chain allowing for the elimination of 8 FTE’s
